Michael Hoover is a co-founding real estate agent with HL2R Group and their in-house lending partner.

As a founding member of HL2R Group, Michael plays an important role in the development of marketing for the team and their listings as well as training and creation of resources for team members.
Now working with the team as their in-house lending partner through Key Mortgage, Michael brings that same concierge level of service our clients have come to expect to the lending side of the transaction process. As a lender who is intimately familiar with all aspects of a real estate transaction, he is able to help clients expertly navigate the mortgage process to help them find the best possible loan for their unique situation and needs. Originally from North Carolina, Michael felt immediately at home when he first came to Chicago in 2008. He lived all over the city before recently settling in the Northshore and has a deep appreciation for everything the Chicago area and its suburbs have to offer: rich cultural institutions, vibrant entertainment and restaurant scene, fine schools, beautiful park spaces, and more. Whether new to the city or a lifelong resident, Michael strives to help his clients find a place that suits all of their needs.
When Michael is not helping others sell or find their dream homes he enjoys spending time with his family, visiting museums, exercising, and attending classical concerts. He is also a flutist and teacher actively involved in several Chicagoland nonprofit classical music performance and educational organizations.
